Assistant Coach, High Performance Aquatics
In this role, you will lead the next generation of competitive swimmers at Victoria's premier aquatic centre.
* You will coach athletes within Target State and State level squads while providing support across National and Junior squads.
* You will work closely with an experienced Head Coach to deliver structured training programs that support technical, physiological and competitive development.
About the Role:
* You are responsible for coaching Development and State level athletes in line with program goals. This includes delivering high quality coaching sessions that build technical skill, competitive readiness and long term athlete progression.
* You must be able to implement structured training programs that cater for individual athlete needs while supporting pathway progression between MSAC Swim School and squads.
