About Curran Dental
Established in 2021, Curran Dental is a four-chair, digitally integrated clinic with a predominantly private patient base. We have built a strong reputation for clinical excellence, ethical treatment planning, and a supportive team culture.
We prioritise quality care over KPIs and believe in building confident, well-rounded clinicians.
The Role
You will step into a busy and growing practice with strong patient demand and excellent systems in place.
Scope includes:
Comprehensive examinations and preventative care
Endodontics including rotary RCT
Minor oral surgery and surgical extractions
Implant placement and restoration
Crowns, bridges and prosthodontics
Clear aligner therapy
Cosmetic dentistry including veneers and composite bonding
Fully digital workflows
You will work alongside clinicians with interests in implants, orthodontics and complex restorative dentistry.
Full clinical autonomy. No production pressure.
Technology & Clinical Support
We operate with modern digital systems including:
CBCT imaging
Intraoral scanners

We offer structured remuneration based on experience:
Experienced Dentists
$200,000 – $400,000+
Commission-based structure with strong production potential
Established books and consistent new patient flow
Opportunity to expand into implants, aligners and advanced restorative
New Graduates
$130,000 + Super (Year 1 structured salary)
Clear transition pathway to commission
Weekly mentorship and treatment planning sessions
Structured 24-month development program
CPD support and clinical progression planning
