Job Description
Our Head Chef, Ben, is currently seeking a talented Commis / Demi Chef to join the team and create exceptional, mouth-watering dishes. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for a full-time role.
Your duties will include:
* Preparing and cooking dishes in line with recipes and presentation standards
* Working across hot sections, including grill and pans
* Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
* Supporting kitchen operations and assisting senior chefs
* Contributing to a positive and productive team environment
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef
* Experience in grill and pan sections
* Passion for food with a high attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
