Spa and Wellness Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Spa Supervisor in a beautiful location on the Elizabeth Quay waterfront. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our spa operations run smoothly.
Job Description
The Spa Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the spa team, maintaining high standards of customer service, quality and efficiency. This includes managing day-to-day spa operations, supervising staff, and promoting sales of spa services and retail products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate spa team members to deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, inventory control and cash handling
* Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the spa
* Assist with recruitment, training and development of spa team members
* Promote sales of spa services and retail products
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of spa operations
* Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and/or other relevant certifications an asset
