Therefore, due to winning a new major contract, we are excited to invite applications for full time shift work Data Entry Administrators - Train Operations to join the team at our Bendigo Head Office.
As our trains operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this position will provide full time hours, on a rotating shift roster basis.
This role is the perfect introduction to the Rail Industry and will provide the successful applicant with a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated and dynamic team.
Duties involved, but not limited to:
* Monitor, capture and entry of Live Train Operations data into various Operating Systems and Databases
* Record, submit and communication of Live Train Operations data to relevant parties and stakeholders
* Liaise with train drivers and management to ensure compliance to regulations
The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:
* Passion for Trains and the Rail Industry not essential, but highly regarded
* Available to work on a rotating shift roster basis including a variety of morning, afternoon and night shifts
* Past experience working in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Ability to maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods
* Database experience, with a strong knowledge of Excel
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Clear, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills
* Professional and reliable work ethic
* Current National Police Check or willingness to provide one
