Our client, IMED Radiology is a leading diagnostics provider in the Health Care Industry! Due to continuous growth, they are seeking a number of exceptional customer service agents to join their Mt Waverley Head Office team!

- A commencing pay rate of $29.85 per hour + superannuation - penalties for weekend work!

**About The Role**:
- Provide first call resolution to a range of enquiries from individuals and healthcare providers
- Manage booking enquiries and information requests.
- Respond appropriately and within designated timeframes.
- Management of patient data with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Focus on building relationships both internal and external to the business.
- Previous experience in high volume call centre environment
- High level customer service skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Database management experience (using multiple systems simultaneously)
- High level attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with friendly and approachable nature
