The role will primarily be HR and operations with some responsibilities leaning towards EA for one of the managing directors. Human Resources (60%) HR compliance and policies maintenance and managing employee records Recruitment and onboarding including hosting/running interviews when required Facilitating onboarding process Payroll and benefits administration - managing employee leave, superannuation and any other benefits Overall employee management - identifying training needs and staff retention strategies Operations (30%) Facilities management IT and systems management Ordering and upkeep of office supplies Coordination and management of office safety protocols Executive Assistant (10%) Calander and schedule management Meeting coordination Document management Project Support ABOUT YOU Strong organisational and multitasking abilities 10 years of Executive Assistance/Operational roles Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices Proficiency in MS Office Suite Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
