12 Month Production Administrator Contract
Monday to Friday working 4-5 hours per day - flexible hours (finish by 2pm)
Commencing July
6 weeks training
The Opportunity
The successful applicant will need to be very punctual, reliable, and prepared to 'go the extra mile' to provide great service.
You will be responsible for
Receive & Dispatch
Friendly customer service to customer and clients
Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
Respond to all customer request via phone and email
Scanning and filing of documents
Assist in day to day operations
Liaising with drivers both local and line haul
Adhoc duties
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:
SAP experience preferred
Fast and accurate data entry skiils
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Reliable and self motivated
