Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service via telephone, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
* Maintain open communication with customers on a daily basis, providing administrative support for their care plans.
* Conduct daily administration tasks, including updating customer notes and budgets, scheduling appointments, and processing invoices in a timely manner.
* Analyze and prepare month-end reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
