* Engage with customers in our flagship showroom, offering detailed product information and live demonstrations.
* Understand customer needs and budgets, recommending suitable models and configurations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive follow-up.
* Guide customers through the entire sales journey—test drives, quoting, CRM updates, and contract processing.
* Deliver an outstanding experience pre- and post-sale, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
* Support promotional activities, marketing events, and new product launches.
* Coordinate vehicle deliveries and conduct comprehensive handovers.
* Collaborate with finance and service departments to deliver seamless service.
* Stay informed on EV trends and BYD model updates.
* Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
