About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage technical sales and customer relationships across truck-mounted equipment and heavy vehicle solutions.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with fleet operators, councils, and transport businesses
* Conducting site visits, demonstrations, and customer consultations
* Preparing quotes and complete truck package proposals
* Supporting specification of truck chassis, hydraulics, and equipment
* Coordinating projects from chassis supply through to final delivery
* Liaising with OEM truck dealers, body builders, and engineering teams
* Providing customer updates throughout manufacturing and build stages
* Supporting handovers and operator training on completed equipment
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Background in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, heavy vehicles, or related trades
* Strong knowledge of trucks, hydraulics, or heavy equipment systems
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Self-motivated approach with customer-focused mindset
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
* Willingness to travel around NSW and VIC
