Your New Role
This position is responsible for delivering high quality Colleagues & Culture (C&C) support to the business stakeholders on issues relating to C&C management, policies and practices. This role will be critical in implementing continuous improvement to C&C processes and project managing the development and delivery of key initiatives.
What You'll Need
* Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the Executives and People Leaders in these groups.
* Assist with the delivery of a C&C plan for these groups, which is aligned to the Groups' Strategy, the Fund's Strategy, and the Colleagues & Culture priorities.
* Contribute to achieving a unified and values‑driven culture in both groups and across the broader Fund.
* Provide C&C advice, support, and solutions to colleagues on a wide range of strategic and, at times, operational people issues.
* Motivate and inspire the team by demonstrating commitment to the Fund's values, decision pillars and leadership principles.
* Ensure our Members First culture is consistently and firmly embedded across the team.
* Hire and develop a highly performing, diverse and engaged team who will support the successful delivery of the Fund's strategic ambitions, and are innovative, resilient and equipped to deal with ambiguity.
* Lead and make decisions according to the Fund's Policies, Standards and Procedures and the Fund's Key Decision Registers and the delegated authorities.
* Ensure relevant legislative and organisational requirements are met; keep up to date on all key changes to relevant regulations.
