**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the HR TEAM in their day-to-day activities and ad-hoc requirements
- Revising job descriptions
- Ensure compliance with all record-keeping requirements.
- Ensuring job descriptions are up to date.
- Creating and placing job ads.
- Running interviews, assessments, and shortlisting processes.
- Maintaining communication with applicants.
- Reporting to the HRBP on recruitment progress
- Representing the organization at recruitment events
- Assisting HR Management in developing an annual recruitment plan
**About You**
- Ideally have 1-2yrs previous experience in a Resourcing or Recruitment role
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands.
- Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new databases.
