The role of a Financial Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our financial processes.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll administration
* Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Candidates for this position should possess exceptional analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent attention to detail. They must also be adept at meeting deadlines and have strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.


Requirements:

* Proficiency in the administration of accounts payables, accounts receivables, and payroll
* Advanced level expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
* A Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, coupled with 3 years' experience in a similar role
