We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to work with and support individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
* Assessments include activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
* Support recovery and return to work by working as part of a multidisciplinary team, always prioritizing the client's best interests.
* Deliver targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.
* Understand healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
Key Requirements:
* Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* A passion for injury prevention and making a difference in people's lives.
* Exceptional communication skills, delivering on commitments and meeting expectations.
