The Front Desk Support and Event Coordinator will be the first point of contact at our Broadmeadow base, creating a welcoming experience for visitors and employees. This exciting opportunity involves managing day-to-day operations, responding to inquiries, coordinating vehicle bookings, and providing support to the Major Events Lead and Media team.
About You
* You have demonstrated experience in office administration or reception roles.
* Tertiary qualifications in administration, marketing, or event management are highly desirable.
* You possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* A current Driver's License is essential.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting induction processes, and performing general administrative duties such as filing and banking.
