As an Employment Mentor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to unlock meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities. This isn't just another job placement gig – at Campbell Page, our participants are not just a number. We listen, support, and walk beside them every step of their journey.
What You'll Do:
* Collaborate with job seekers to uncover their strengths, skills, and employment goals.
* Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities.
* Provide tailored pre‐employment guidance and ongoing post‐placement support.
* Achieve real, measurable outcomes with purpose and heart.
What You'll Bring:
* Passion for empowering people and changing lives.
* Experience within Employment Services an advantage OR a background in Customer Service, Sales, Recruitment or Community Services.
* Ability to juggle competing priorities, with a strong eye for detail.
* A real drive to meet goals—not just ticking off boxes but creating real impact.
* An engaging and supportive communication style.
* An ability to work towards KPI's and Targets.

Must‐Haves:
* The right to work in Australia (no restrictions).
* Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (we can help).
* Able to complete a criminal history check.
* A driver's licence and access to your own car.
* Willing to work across other sites within your ESA when needed.
* Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.
* FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.
