About the role
The Audit Support Officer provides efficient and effective operational and administrative support to the Audit delivery team and the broader Audit function.
The role acts to ensure excellent customer service and continuous service improvement.
The role is responsible for a range of high-volume administrative tasks including management of correspondence, coordination of records management requirements, calendar management and other ad hoc administrative support as required.

About you
Demonstrated experience in providing a range of high-volume administrative support services.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ability to manage competing priorities, deliver multiple work items concurrently, and contribute to continuous improvement during organisational change.
Competency in the use of office software, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
Current and valid Working with Children Check Clearance for paid employment.
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education .
