Job Description
Mercure Port of Echuca is seeking an experienced customer service champion, as we look to expand our food & beverage offering.
* Must be well organized
* Great at building rapport with guests
* Ability to work shifts including splits from time to time as required
* Punctual & reliable
* Creative, confident & fun
* Honest, consistent, & detail-oriented
Must Have
* Barista experience
* Good time management
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work closely with the kitchen, as part of a small team
* Ability to work under pressure when needed
