The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic Events Sales Manager to take full ownership of our event sales performance — end to end.

You will be entrusted to:

* Design and execute the event sales strategy
* Own the booking pipeline from first enquiry to confirmed contract
* Lead Wedding Showcases, curated venue tours and high-impact client experiences
* Protect profitability, brand reputation and premium positioning
* Convert strong market demand into sustainable, high-quality revenue

What Success Looks Like For You

You are trusted to:

* Drive revenue growth across weddings, celebrations and corporate events
* Secure the right bookings, on the right days, at the right value
* Protect the principle of quality over discounting
* Maintain a strong rolling forward booking horizon (3–24 months)
* Balance commercial outcomes with experience excellence

Performance here is not measured by volume alone, it is measured by quality, mix, sustainability and long-term reputation.

What You'll Own

* The complete sales lifecycle: enquiries, tours, proposals, negotiations and confirmations
* Sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline health and CRM discipline
* Revenue, utilisation, margin and yield management
* Market insight, demand trends and growth opportunities
* Collaboration with Marketing on showcases, open days and campaigns
* Close alignment with Operations to ensure what we sell is always deliverable and profitable

You operate confidently at both strategic level and execution level — planning, analysing, presenting… and closing.

* Commercially astute and comfortable owning revenue and utilisation targets
