Main Responsibilities
* Planning and conducting comprehensive aviation audits to assess operator safety and adherence to regulations.
* Providing technical and commercial aviation advice to clients.
* Preparing detailed audit reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Maintaining professional relationships with clients and ensuring effective communication.
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and participating in company training programs.
Requirements
* A minimum of 8 years of experience as an airline transport pilot or aircraft maintenance engineer, with at least 2500 flight hours.
* Experience relevant to SGS Aviation's activities, ideally 15 years in the aviation industry.
* Successful completion of Safety Management System training and auditing experience.
* Must have conducted at least 10 aviation-related audits within the last 4 years.
* ISO-approved lead auditor course and solid understanding of CASA and ICAO regulations.
* Experience in auditing aircraft operators, inspecting aerodromes, and offshore helidecks.
