It's been an incredible 1year since we opened our East Perth store, and thanks to the amazing support from our local community, we're growing faster than ever
We're now looking for a new team member to grow with us, someone with a great attitude, a big smile, and a genuine love for people, coffee, and good vibes.
We're looking for someone who:
* Is flexible to work 5 days a week (Monday - Friday, 25–30 hours) - Up to 38 hours per week (for the right candidate).
* Loves connecting with customers over coffee and food - brings energy to every shift
* Can hold their own in a fast-paced cafe (bonus points if you have specialty coffee experience, but we'll teach and grow with you if you're keen)
* Has a growth mindset, open to giving and receiving feedback - we believe attitude > skills (you can teach skills, but not attitude)
