About the Role
Partou Little People Day Nursery & Pre‐school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to serve as the Nursery Senior Deputy Manager. The role supports the Nursery Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the setting, ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS, leading and inspiring the team, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and building strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

About You
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Strong EYFS knowledge
* Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
* Passion for early years education
* Confidence in supporting children's learning and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
