Risk and Resilience Coordinator
This role will provide critical support to the delivery of our enterprise-wide Risk and Resilience Framework, ensuring alignment with the Risk Maturity Plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the Enterprise Risk Register, providing up-to-date data and ownership across business units, and supporting the administration of the Enterprise Risk Management System (CAMMS).
The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, insurance, governance, or business continuity, with a proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and support stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain and monitor the Enterprise Risk Register, ensuring up-to-date data and ownership across business units.
* Support the administration of the Enterprise Risk Management System (CAMMS).
* Contribute to risk awareness campaigns, intranet content, and other communication initiatives that build risk and resilience culture.
* Support the scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of risk workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
* Assist with the preparation of risk reports and documentation for governance forums.
Requirements:
* Experience in risk management, insurance, governance, or business continuity.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Able to coordinate multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and support stakeholder needs.
* Excellent written communication skills for reporting, minute-taking, and risk documentation.
