Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 31 hours per week.
You will be responsible for assisting with managing the service and providing engaging programmes for our primary-age children. This includes working split shifts, supporting our Monday-Friday hours: 6:30 am-9:00 am (Rise then Shine) and 2:45 pm-6:30 pm (Stay and Play). During the school holidays we run Holiday HQ from 6:30 am – 6:30 pm.
About the Role
* Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centred programme full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft
* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
* Lead a team of Educators on site, including roster management
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
* The ability to communicate clearly and confidently
* Strong teamwork skills and aspirations to grow into a leadership role
* A National Police Check and a Working with Children check
* Australian work rights
