About this role
We are seeking a Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist for a Full Time or 0.8FTE position.
As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will manage a caseload and:
* deliver evidence-informed intervention strategies, assessments and parent training to increase communication and active participation in social and educational settings for children;
* undertake consultation and relationship building in natural environments, schools and kindergartens as well as therapy spaces;
* liaise and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans;
* Provide key worker support and advice to families and children in relation to speaking, listening, understanding language, fluency and social skills.
* Provide discipline-specific assessment and intervention to children aged 0-12 years and their family with a range of disabilities.

Key Requirements:
* tertiary qualification within Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia;
* specialist knowledge and relevant experience within paediatric practice;
* ability to manage own caseload to meet consumer needs and organisational KPIs.

Selection Criteria:
* tertiary qualified in Speech Pathology with current and ongoing registration with Speech Pathology Australia;
* knowledge and experience to assess children from 0 to 12 with clinical and developmental needs;
* ability to build trusting relationships with children and families.
