Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall marketing team and execution of marketing strategies. Develop and implement long-term strategic growth plans across offline and online channels. Oversee performance marketing, eCommerce, CRM, and web operations. Run integrated marketing campaigns across offline retail (grocery/pharmacy) and online platforms. Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, website, and other social media. Drive eCommerce sales growth and optimise customer acquisition and conversion strategies. Manage external agencies and partners, including evaluating and presenting business cases for support. Segment audiences and optimise customer journey experiences to improve revenue performance. Deliver strong analytics, reporting, and performance insights on weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Provide leadership, foster collaboration, and build a high-performing marketing team culture.
