About the Role
* Develop proactive strategies that build resilience, support emotional wellbeing, and respond to diverse student needs.
* Collaborate with school communities to design and deliver plans, programs, and procedures for positive educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional expertise, leadership, and support to school networks in plan development and implementation.
* Negotiate and implement preventative and early intervention programs for students with identified personal, social, emotional, and educational needs.
Your Contributions
* Assist schools in implementing student protection policies, gifted education, behaviour support, and risk management processes.
* Conduct activities like student observation and psychoeducational assessment to determine learning difficulties or psychological status.
