The Role You are based in a modern head office with regular site visits to keep a finger on the pulse. You will take ownership of boutique apartment projects from inception to completion. Your remit includes: Full Lifecycle Management: Driving projects from early planning through to construction delivery and handover. Stakeholder Coordination: Managing architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design issues before they become site problems. Commercial Oversight: Managing the tender process, assessing quotes, and keeping a tight rein on variations and budget. Delivery: acting as the Superintendent's Representative, attending site meetings, and ensuring the builder hits quality and safety KPIs. About You We are looking for a Project Manager who understands the nuances of residential apartments. Experience: Solid history in construction or project management, specifically within the apartment/mixed-use space. Style: You are organised, financially literate, and have the communication skills to manage builders and stakeholders firmly but fairly. Mindset: You want autonomy. You want to run your own projects without being micromanaged, but you value having a supportive team behind you.
