Investment Property Consultant - Account Executive

This is a full-time, fully remote role for an Account Executive. The role involves securing clients for our buyer's agency, helping everyday people find and acquire the perfect investment property. You will inform and educate prospective clients about Australia's property market and help them build wealth through strategic property investment.
You will assess prospects' financial situations, collaborate with mortgage brokers to conduct financial assessments and clarify budgets, and tailor investment advice using our proven FEW Method. Your core focus will be closing deals, converting qualified leads into satisfied clients, managing inbound opportunities, and maintaining a pipeline while exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a pipeline of qualified leads.
Conducting consultations and delivering product & service demonstrations.
Collaborating with marketing and property strategists to improve offerings.
Educating prospects about the Australian property market and overcoming objections to secure contracts.
Maintaining meticulous records of sales activities and client communications.
Consistently achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
What you should bring to the table:
Proven experience in a sales closing role, preferably as an Account Executive.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong organisational skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
Familiarity with the Australian real estate industry and property investment is an advantage.
