About the role
Corica Diesel and Air-Conditioning is seeking an experienced Workshop Administrator to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our workshop and labour hire division ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
1. Answering incoming phone calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service
2. Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments and equipment repairs
3. Maintaining detailed records and inventory of parts and equipment
4. Assisting with the preparation of job cards, invoices, and other administrative tasks
5. Supporting the workshop team with day-to-day operations as needed
6. Ensuring a clean, organised, and professional office environment
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or industrial setting
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
4. Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, Xero and Mechanic Desk.
5. A genuine interest in the earthmoving and agricultrual industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
6. A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
