Marketing Executive Position
* This is a senior role that involves leading integrated marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced marketer who can develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, demand generation, and lead management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing full-funnel demand generation programs across paid and organic channels.
* Creating high-quality lead magnets to fuel the sales pipeline and engagement.
* Designing and managing structured funnels that align content, targeting, and campaign strategy with buyer journey stages.
* Owning and managing the annual demand generation budget to ensure spend efficiency and pipeline ROI.
* Leading strategy and execution for paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic), SEO, and website optimization.
* Building and maintaining lead nurture workflows via email, content, and retargeting.
* Defining and tracking campaign KPIs, optimizing conversion and velocity metrics, and reporting on pipeline contribution.
* Aligning closely with Sales and Brand to target key accounts, co-develop messaging, and measure funnel progress.
* Managing and growing the demand generation team to foster capability, accountability, and high performance.
The requirements for this role include:
* 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 4+ years in performance and demand generation roles.
* Demonstrated success delivering marketing-sourced pipeline through both paid and organic channels.
* Proven experience owning budgets and delivering measurable ROI on media and program spend.
* Strong knowledge of performance strategy, media buying, SEO, nurture flows, and web conversion.
* Proficient in campaign reporting, funnel analysis, and marketing operations.
* Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating with a blend of strategic and executional responsibilities.
* Experience in safety-critical, compliance, or industrial SaaS environments (preferred).
* Familiarity with ABM tactics and multi-stakeholder enterprise buying journeys (preferred).
* Skilled in using AI tools to streamline campaign development, creative, or workflow automation (preferred).
* Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities (preferred).
