Job Summary:
Aspen Medical is a global provider of innovative healthcare solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our in-house Legal team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor (Australia or equivalent), current or eligible Australian practising certificate, and at least 7+ years PQE in private practice or in-house with experience in commercial, regulatory, IP, or contract law.
* Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory matters, and identifying and managing legal and compliance risks.
* Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide high-quality legal advice and support across contract, corporate, commercial, employment, privacy, and healthcare law.
