About the Governance Role
The Laurel House governance team is responsible for overall strategy, management, and direction. This skilled group meets six times a year for approximately two hours each, with additional meetings scheduled as needed. Team members participate in sub-committees based on their expertise and preferences.
Sub-Committees
* Clinical Governance Committee: Oversight of clinical policies and procedures.
* Finance, Audit, and Risk Management Committee: Strategic financial planning and risk assessment.
