Job Title: Office Administrator / Customer Service – Marine Retail & Service
Location: Bendigo – Epsom
Work Type: Permanent Full-Time (4–5 days/week) flexible and negotiable
Salary: $26–$30 per hour depending on experience

We are a busy and growing marine retail and mechanical service business specialising in boat sales, servicing, and outboard motor repairs, along with a wide range of marine parts and accessories. Based in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we pride ourselves on delivering great service to our loyal customer base.
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Office Admin All-Rounder to support day-to-day operations and customer interactions.
This is a diverse, long-term role ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-moving setting, enjoys variety in their day, and is confident working with people and technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Front desk and phone-based customer service
- Booking in jobs and managing customer communications
- Processing part orders and liaising with suppliers
- Data entry and stock management using POS systems
- Social media updates (Facebook, Instagram)
- Assisting business owners with administrative tasks
We're seeking someone with:
- Previous office or retail admin experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence learning and navigating new computer systems
- Basic experience with social media platforms
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow direction and juggle multiple tasks
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible work attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
On-the-job training provided for systems and marine product knowledge
