Ventia is hiring motivated Driller Offsider – Backfill Support Services (BSS) Operators to join our high-performing operations team at Olympic Dam, Roxby Downs, South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
4. Operate heavy machinery to perform earthworks and other essential tasks.
5. Assist in traffic management plans to ensure safe and efficient operations.
6. Support drill rig operations, helping with rig moves and setup.
7. Be a part of crane lift operations, setting up and packing up with precision and care.
We're looking for someone who:
8. Holds an HR synchro/unrestricted driver's licence (essential).
9. Has a Front-End Loader ticket/qualification (essential).
10. Has a current First Aid certificate.
11. Has experience in labouring and a passion for learning new skills.
12. Enjoys working as part of a team, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a mechanical aptitude.
13. Is punctual, reliable, and can follow direction with precision.
14. Has a strong safety mindset and can handle challenging weather conditions.
15. Desirable: Crane, Basic Rigging, Dogman, Backhoe, and Forklift certifications.
