Site Administrator (Contract) – Somersby, NSW
Location: Somersby, NSW
Duration: 10-month contract
Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support our operations team in Somersby. Working closely with the Site Manager, Site Planner, and Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and site functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Reconciliation of company credit card receipts
* Ordering production stock and site supplies (ranging from tea room items to workshop materials)
* Creating and maintaining batch tickets in SAP
* General administration using Microsoft Office products
* Supporting laboratory and production activities, including:
o Inoculation of drums (as required)
o Conducting QC testing during peak periods
o Performing Velifer and Greenguard QC checks
o Completing decanting checks
o Providing general lab assistance as needed
About You
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or site-based role
* Familiarity with SAP systems(preferred)
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
