King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust – Clinical Research Nurse
Overview
The closing date is 05 October 2025.
A renewed interest in the field of rheumatology has resulted in exciting opportunities to practice and develop research nursing skills in an experienced team, including clinical trials at all phases of development and observational studies with direct impact on standard of care.
Subject to patient recruitment, the team is collaborating with Haematology on Phase I CAR-T and T-cell engager therapy trials.
The Band 5 nurse will be part of the rheumatology research team, alongside King's College London colleagues working in the Centre for Rheumatic Disease Clinical Trials Group – a EULAR Centre of Excellence for Rheumatology Research.
The post-holder will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including set-up, patient identification and recruitment, data collection (including sampling and processing) and data management.
Applications are welcome from research-experienced nurses and from clinical nurses in relevant areas looking to move into research.
The post-holder will be on-site, providing nursing cover for a 5-day-week busy specialist rheumatology clinical service covering a range of conditions.
Please note that due to high interest the advert may close early if sufficient applications are received.
