As a **Commercial Transport Manager**, based in Eastern Creek Office, NSW**,** you will report to Business Manager and help grow market share and maintain existing sales in existing main CT accounts with PPG products and services to the commercial transport market, specifically within the PPG fleet pool network, large end-users, MSO consolidators, and multi branch CT operators throughout NSW/ACT.
You will also work with National fleet operators to lead work into the PPG Fleet pool network.

**Responsibilities**:
- Adherence to EH&S; guidelines and procedures for safe work practices.
- Increase sales and profit of the PPG Automotive Refinish/CT range of products and services including Refinish, CPC and consumables through the development of all business opportunities, both directly and through our Distributor network.
- Work with the sales team and distributors to identify competitor business.
- Take a role in the wellbeing of the PPG Fleet pool network.
- Take a role in the wellbeing and ownership of the PPG key CT Accounts.
**Qualifications**:
- At a high-level including operations management CEO and Board levels.
- Strategic planning and market research skills.
- Ability to maintain a specific target list of new business prospects.
- Understanding of PPG's business services offer including MVP, Paint Manger XI and other software and reporting programs.
- Microsoft Office Suite, specifically spreadsheets and database management.
- Ability to maintain an UpToDate pricing comparison and product comparison of competitor products.
- Sound presentation and reporting ability required.
