Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative HR solutions to meet the goals specified in our Strategic Plans
- Provide advice and consultancy to management on workforce solutions and issues
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Support key areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and workplace wellness
Requirements
- Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
- Demonstrated experience in engaging multiple stakeholders in a diverse and complex environment
- Successful history of building relationships and influencing key stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of HR-related legislative and regulatory requirements or experience in a people leadership capacity
- A class C driver's license with the capacity to travel for business purposes
- A valid Working with Children Check
