Parks Operator Role Overview
The role of Parks Operator involves managing various outdoor tasks, operating equipment and ensuring the maintenance of parks and public spaces.
* Managing horticulture and landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning and maintaining gardens and other green spaces.
* Operating and maintaining a range of equipment, including mowers, trimmers and other machinery.
* Maintaining parks, including litter picking, repairing damaged infrastructure and ensuring overall park cleanliness.
* Team player qualities, such as being able to work effectively with colleagues and communicate ideas clearly.
* Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
* A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
