We are seeking an experienced Cook or Chef to join our team at Cove Tavern following our huge renovation and re-launch.
In this role you will contribute to the overall success of the hotel through preparing consistently good meals and following standard recipes. Be creative by suggesting daily specials or getting involved in foodie events such as wine dinners.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Customer first attitude
- Experience preparing and cooking food in a busy setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication
- Commitment to hygiene, food safety and work health & safety
- Availability to work across a 7 day roster
