ROLE SUMMARY
Our new team member will:
· Support their team to complete a range of projects eg. Existing dwellings and new builds
· Work with us, learning their trade from the ground up
· Take part in regular team meetings and discussions
· Do regular site visits
· Identify issues and communicate them clearly to your team members
· Communicate with team members
· Carry out WHS requirements
· Carry out levelling
· Mark out materials
· Install roof components
· Select and install roof sheeting and wall cladding
· Collect and store roof water
· Receive roofing materials
· Fabricate and install roof drainage components
· Fabricate and install external flashings
· Erect and dismantle restricted height scaffolding
· Operate elevated work platforms
· Work safely at heights
