Overview
Cerebral Palsy Alliance invites you to join as a Lived Experience Volunteer. As a volunteer, you will share your lived experience and knowledge of cerebral palsy and similar disabilities to help shape our organisation's vision and support the community.
Responsibilities
- Share your lived experience and knowledge through a range of means to contribute to the overall vision of the organization.
- Help shape strategic direction by embedding lived experience into activities.
- Communicate ideas using preferred communication methods, independently or with support.

- Openness and authenticity – willingness to share relevant aspects of your lived experience when appropriate.
- Ability to communicate your ideas using preferred communication methods.

Role requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or equivalent).
- Working with Children Check (NSW) or the equivalent check in your state or territory.
- Pre-existing injuries or illnesses that may impact your ability to volunteer – we will consider reasonable adjustments.
