About the Role
* As a Parts Interpreter, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers in person and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
* Serving retail and VIP trade customers
* Managing sales and customer accounts
* Ordering, invoicing, and processing payments for parts
* Handling customer inquiries in person and over the phone
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments
* Assisting with parts stock takes
About You:
* Previous experience as a parts interpreter or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software.
* A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
* A professional work ethic
