Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated and self-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills to manage a high volume of incoming calls.
The successful candidate will have previous receptionist or administration experience and be confident in their ability to utilise Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact to incoming callers and visitors.
* Manage stationery and kitchen goods, ensuring the reception area remains neat and tidy.
* Record customer feedback into our database and issue keys for new homes and certification certificates.
* Create kits and distribute to account managers.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Requirements:
* Previous receptionist or administration experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
* Confident in utilising Microsoft Office suite.
* Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm.
