Hamilton Island is renowned for its picturesque landscapes and top-class sailing brands. Our Retail Sales Assistants play a pivotal role in showcasing our extensive collection of quality clothing and accessories from the world’s most prestigious sailing brands at our busy stores on Hamilton Island.
As part of our dynamic retail team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a deep understanding of our products. You will also have the opportunity to up-sell products, manage stock, and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and patience to work effectively with colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time management
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a flair for effective merchandising, and strong knowledge of high-end Australian designers.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also assist with store merchandising, manage inventory, and ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
