The successful applicant will be the first point of contact when guests arrive at the Park.
Position includes:
Assisting with check in/out procedures
Keeping a record of occupied and unoccupied cabins and sites
Making and confirming bookings
Responding to telephone enquiries in a friendly manner and to meet the needs of our guests
Ensure the integrity of data entered into Newbook
Provide relief to the housekeeping team and administrative members in their absence
Essential Requirements
A positive and helpful attitude
A combination of relevant experience and/or education and training in a professional administrative position
Able to work at short notice, weekends, public holidays and over the Christmas period.
