Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end sales process for residential properties, from appraisal to settlement
* Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups to drive interest and engagement
* Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers to deliver a seamless sales experience
* Develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns to maximise property exposure
* Accurately appraise properties and provide informed market advice to clients
* Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
About You:
To succeed as a Real Estate Sales Professional, you have:
* A valid Real Estate licence and a current driver's licence (essential)
* Previous experience within a fast-paced sales environment
* Demonstrated understanding of your local area
* Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and preferred software
* Articulate communication skills (written and verbally) with the ability to easily establish relationships
* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
