The Chief Technology Office (CTO) focuses on architecture services, such as domain architecture blueprints, technology strategy and architecture governance, to meet our business aspirations both today and for the future.

* Enterprise Architecture experts who've designed at scale — ideally with deep experience in Retail Banking ecosystems.
* Strategic thinkers who can turn vision into actionable roadmaps, and have helped organisations navigate technology transformation.
* Delivery champions who've taken major business solutions from whiteboard to production across multiple teams and platforms.
* Architecture innovators skilled in designing and adopting services-based business architectures that enable agility and growth.
* Professionally certified in frameworks such as TOGAF and BIAN with a track record of applying them pragmatically in complex environments.
* Academically grounded, holding tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
